Our services are intended for individuals seeking leather repair and restoration services. When you use our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the items you wish to have repaired. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of items upon inspection. We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10%.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive guarantee on all repair work. If any issue arises from our repair work under normal use, we will correct it at no charge. This guarantee does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions.

Pickup and Delivery

Items must be picked up within 60 days of completion. After 60 days, storage fees of $5 per day may apply. After 90 days, unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated at our discretion. We are not responsible for items left beyond this period.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Verona Leather or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verona Leather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Essex County, New Jersey.
